Product & UX Designer based in Naas, Co. Kildare, with over 8 years of experience across branding agencies, marketing and B2B SaaS.
I started my career in graphic design at RichardsDee in Dublin, working on brand identity for clients like Ervia, Energia and Irish Ferries. From there I moved into a fast-paced agency role at Custodian, leading design on national campaigns for Fáilte Ireland and IDL/Absolut.
In 2019 I was selected to represent Ireland in the design category at the IAPI Cannes Young Lions — the moment I got properly hooked on the strategic side of design.
That interest in the why behind design decisions led me to pursue a MSc in UX Design at IADT, where my research focused on how onboarding design and checkout flow impact user trust and conversion.
Since 2022 I've been at Atlas HXM, leading the UX redesign of the company website — using Mouseflow behavioural data, usability testing and competitive benchmarking to identify and resolve friction at the highest-intent stages of the user journey.
I'm now looking for a senior UX or product design role with an established Dublin team — somewhere that takes research seriously and wants a designer who'll ask awkward questions before opening Figma.
"Dylan doesn't just design — he understands requirements almost instinctively. He analyses user behaviour recordings and treats iteration based on real data as a natural part of the process. That mindset is rare."
