Designing research-driven product experiences that drive clarity, trust, and measurable impact.
MASTER’S UX RESEARCH PROJECT
This master’s-level UX research project explored how onboarding design and checkout integration impact user trust and conversionin a carbon offsetting app.
Through structured A/B testing and usability evaluation, I analysed how integrated versus full-screen flows influenced user confidence, form completion, and overall funnel performance within an e-commerce environment.
MASTER’S UX RESEARCH PROJECT
This project focused on improving the Institute of Art, Design & Technology (IADT) Student Services experience with specific consideration for users with ADHD. Through behavioral research, accessibility analysis, and usability testing, I identified friction points and redesigned key user journeys to reduce cognitive load, improve clarity, and support task completion.
A UX-driven redesign of the Atlas HXM website, focused on aligning
the experience with the ‘For People, By People’ value proposition.
The end-to-end user flow from homepage to conversion was
also analysed and optimised.
